The Miami County Sheriff's Office is investigating this morning after a vehicle rolled over in southern Miami County.
Miami County EMS, the Louisburg Fire Department along with the Drexel, Missouri Fire Department were dispatched just before 2:25 a.m. to 367th Street approximately one-quarter of a mile west of New Lancaster Road. Drexel Fire reported one vehicle rolled onto its side with one person trapped.
The patient, described as a 25-year-old male, was transported to a Kansas City area trauma center with head and multiple other injuries. The man was in critical condition at the time he was transported.
There have been no updates made available as to his current condition. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
