Johnson County Prosecutors have formally charged, 59-year-old, Stephen Collier of Olathe with the December 28th death of his wife's home healthcare provider. Prosecutors say that Collier is responsible for the death of 54-year-old, Susanne Goslin, also of Olathe.

Stephen Collier is being held at the Johnson County Sheriff's Office New Century Adult Detention Center. Collier faces a charge of First-degree Murder and is currently being held on a $750,000 bond. He is scheduled to make his next court appearance January 5, 2012.
