Overland Park Police are investigating after a pickup truck and motorcycle collided. Police say the crash occurred at 7:38 this morning in the intersection of 102nd Terrace and Antioch Road.

Johnson County Med-Act reported the motorcyclist, a "man in his 50's", sustained critical injuries in the accident. Investigators say they believe the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet when the accident occurred. The other driver did not report being injured.

Northbound lanes of Antioch Road were closed at 103rd Street and only one lane of southbound Antioch Road is currently getting past the scene. Antioch was reopened to normal traffic about 90 minutes after the accident occurred.

Police say they continue to investigate the accident, and have no other information to release.
