A Kansas City, Kansas man has been arrested following an early morning shooting in Lawrence.

Police were called to investigate a disturbance outside of Brother's Bar & Grill, 1105 Massachusetts Street, around 1:45 a.m..

At least one 9-1-1 caller reported subjects arguing and an off-duty officer reported gunfire in the same area.

Officers located a man with a single gunshot wound to the leg in the parking lot of the Lawrence Community Building, 115 W. 11th Street, just behind Brother's Bar & Grill.

Police say the victim's injuries are non-life-threatening.
