Kansas City, Missouri POSSIBLE KIDNAPPING

UPDATED: 10:07 p.m. LOCATED SAFE and is with his mother at this time. Kansas City Missouri Police continue to investigate.

Kansas City, Missouri Police are investigating a possible kidnapping.


POSSIBLE KIDNAPPING VICTIM

The child, Brad Akin is described as a 3 foot tall, 3-year-old, light complected black male. He was last seen wearing a black polo shirt with a green stripe on the sleeve and black, green and white shorts with black shoes.

3-Year-old, Brad Akin was taken while riding his bicycle in the near his home at 2421 E 68th Terrace in Kansas City, Missouri.

A passenger in a car is said to have exited the vehicle and grabbed the child off of the bicycle. The vehicle then drove away westbound.

The vehicle is described as a gray car with Georgia license plates, possibly a newer model Toyota Corolla.

The vehicle's driver is described as at thin black male. The passenger is described as a black male, 5'10" and 220lbs with glasses, wearing a white t-shirt and shorts.
